PUD 201800134 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATE OF CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that WAVE Rural Connect, LLC, has filed an Application, pursuant to 17 0.S. § 131 et seq., OAC 165:55, and OAC 165:56, seeking a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity authorizing it to provide competitive local exchange, interexchange, and data telecommunications service on a facilities-based and resold basis within the State of Oklahoma initially limited to the areas served by: (i) Southwestern Bell Telephone d/b/a AT&T Oklahoma, formerly d/b/a SBC Oklahoma and formerly known as Southwestern Bell Telephone Company; and (ii) Valor Telecommunications of Texas, LP - OK d/b/a Windstream Communications Southwest, Windstream Oklahoma, LLC, Oklahoma Windstream, LLC, formerly General Telephone Company of the Southwest, Inc. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any person desiring to file an objection to the Application must do so within thirty (30) days from the date of first publication of this Notice. Objections must be filed with the Court Clerk at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, Room 130, Jim Thorpe Office Building, 2101 North Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73105, and served on counsel for WAVE Rural Connect, LLC, and on any intervenors. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that if no objections are timely filed, the Commission, without hearing, shall issue such orders and grant such relief, if any, as it deems fair, just, reasonable, and lawful in the premises, whether or not specifically requested in the Application.
