Andrew Williams, Assistant District Attorney in and for the Fifteenth Judicial District of Oklahoma, has filed a petition in and to the above-named minor children and the same has been set for hearing on the 29th day of January, 2019 at 9:00 AM in the Cherokee County Courthouse, Cherokee County, Oklahoma. FURTHER, that above-named parents must appear before the District Court in and for Cherokee County, Juvenile Division, thereof, in the courtroom in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, at the hour of 9:00 AM on the 29th day of January, 2019, when and where the Court will proceed to hear the merits of said petition and grant such relief or make such orders as the Court deems necessary and proper in these premises.
