NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting an exception to OAC 165:10-3-28(c)(2)(b) allowing Applicant to situate its proposed Cash 4-26-23XHS horizontal well closer than 600 feet from the Martha Skid 1-35H well, located in Section 35, Township 7 North, Range 6 West, Grady County, Oklahoma, and the Lowers 5-14-11-2XHS well, located in Sections 14, 11 and 2, Township 7 North, Range 6 West, Grady County, Oklahoma. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause may request the following special relief: that the Order be made effective on a date prior to hearing. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission.
