(Published in The Norman Transcript December 2, 2018, 1t) Notice of Service Change Effective January 2, 2019 Cleveland Area Rapid Transit (CART) Following a 30-day public participation process that began October 28, 2018 and included two public meetings, the proposed service change for routes 10-Main Street, 21-Alameda/E. Norman, and Saturday Service will go into effect Wednesday, January 2, 2018. The final service change is as follows: not operating any service on Saturdays; not operating the additional service on routes 10-Main Street and 21-Alameda/E. Norman from 10:30am-5:30pm.
