(Published in The Norman Transcript December 4, 11, 18, 2018, 3t) NOTICE BY PUBLICATION No. CJ-2018-1370 Amanda M. McNeese, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Amanda M. NcNeese, Cameron B. McNeese, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Cameron B. McNeese, MCC Administration, Unknown Tenant, if any, of 1910 Wilmington Court, Norman, Oklahoma 73071-2219. The above stated Defendants will take notice that the Plaintiff, Arvest Bank, Successor In Interest By Merger To Arvest Mortgage Company, filed its Amended Petition in the District Court in and for Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, against the above stated Defendants, and said Defendants must answer said Amended Petition on or before the 16th day of January, 2019, or said Amended Petition will be taken as true, and a judgment will be rendered in said action against the above named Defendants, foreclosing their interest in the following described real estate, to wit: LOT FIFTEEN (15), IN BLOCK FOUR (4), OF COLONIAL ESTATES NO. 8 ADDITION, TO NORMAN, CLEVELAND COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF. Property Address: 1910 Wilmington Court Norman, Oklahoma 73071-2219 and a judgment will be rendered on the promissory note against the Defendants, Amanda M. McNeese and Cameron B. McNeese, adjudging that default has been made in said note and mortgage; and that Plaintiff has a valid, prior and superior mortgage lien on said real estate in the amount of $88,730.80, with applicable interest, attorney’s fees and costs, for all of which judgment will be taken.
