Sales will be conducted at Harbor Bay Marina – 3701 Windjammer Lane, Rockwall TX 75087; 972-771-0095 Lake Ray Hubbard on 12/17/2018 beginning at 1:00PM for CASH only, with a 20% nonrefundable deposit due on the day of the sale and balance paid in full by 12/18/2018, to the highest bidder. All successful bidders shall take possession and remove all vessels from the marina upon full payment, or by separate arrangements with marina manager.
