NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting that this Commission establish 80-acre standup drilling and spacing units for the Layton, Prue, Skinner, Red Fork, Bartlesville, Hunton, Viola, Simpson Dense, 1st Wilcox, 2nd Wilcox, Tulip Creek and Oil Creek common sources of supply underlying the SW/4 of Section 11, Township 9 North, Range 1 East, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, by establishment and extension of Order No. 204174. Notice is further given that Applicant may request the Order be made effective a date prior to the Order being signed. IT IS ORDERED that this Cause be referred to an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission. IT IS ORDERED AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that this Cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Merits Docket at the Corporation Commission, First Floor, Jim Thorpe Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 a.m., on the 8th day of January, 2019, and that this notice be published as required by law and the Rules of the Commission.
