(Published in the Stillwater News Press June 25, July 02, 2015. 2t) IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF PAYNE COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF MARGUERETTE NEERMAN LAHMAN, also known as MARGUERETTE N. LAHMAN, DECEASED. PB-2015 - 65 Amended Combined Notice to Creditors, and Notice of Hearing Petition for Determination of Heirship, Distribution and Discharge Pursuant to 58 O.S. Sec. 245 A Petition for Summary Administration Pursuant to 58 O.S. Sec. 245 has been filed setting forth the following information: 1. The name, address and date of death of the Decedent are as follows: a. Marguerette N. Lahman b. 75 Azalea Tr. Carrollton, Georgia 30116 c. Date of Death: February 3, 1987 2. The name and address of the Petitioner is as follows: FRANK GIBSON LAHMAN 3710 NW Clover Place Corvallis, OR 97330 3. The total value of the estate of the Decedent as set forth in the Petition is as follows: a. Value of Estate: $320,000.00 4. Pursuant to the provisions of 58 O.S. Sec. 246, the following date has been set for hearing Petitioners' Application for summary administration, to admit the Will to probate, to appoint the Petitioners as personal representative, to determine the heirs, devisees and legatees of the decedent, to distribute the property of the estate and to discharge the personal representatives: a. Filing Date: 05/05/2015 b. Hearing Date: July 28, 2015 c. Place of Hearing: District Court of Payne County, Oklahoma 5. A document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent has been attached to the Petition; a document purporting to be a Codicil to the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent has been attached to the Petition. 6. The Petition sets forth the names and addresses of all known creditors, heirs and devisees of the Decedent. Pursuant to 58 O.S. Sec. 246, each person receiving this Notice is advised of the following: a. Each person receiving this Notice must file objections to the petition at least ten (10) days before the hearing and send a copy to the petitioner or that person will be deemed to have waived any objections to the petition. b. If an objection is filed at least ten (10) days before the hearing, the court will determine at the hearing whether the Will attached to the petition shall be admitted to probate, whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed. c.
