TOWN OF UNADILLA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Unadilla on Tuesday, November 10, at 6:45 p.m. at the Town Hall, 1648 State Hwy 7, Unadilla, New York, regarding the adoption of Local Law No. 2 of the Town of Unadilla for the year 2015, entitled "A Local Law authorizing a property tax levy in excess of the limit established in General Municipal Law 3-c." A copy of the proposed Local Law is on file and may be examined in the office of the Town Clerk. Persons with disabilities, who require assistance in attending said public hearing, or in furnishing comments and suggestions, should contact the undersigned to request such assistance.
