(Published in The Norman Transcript November 13, 20, 2015, 2t) NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE District Court Case No. CJ-2014-1587TS Property Address: 401 Crestdale, Noble, OK 73068 Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an execution and order of sale issued out of the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, on the 28 day of October, 2015, in an action wherein Mortgage Clearing Corporation was Plaintiff and Melinda K. Castro; John Doe, spouse of Melinda K. Castro, if any; Occupants of the Premises, 401 Crestdale, Noble, OK 73068 were Defendants, directed to the Sheriff of Cleveland County, Oklahoma commanding that he levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described property in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit: LOT EIGHTEEN (18), LESS THE EAST 20 FEET OF THE NORTH 20 FEET, THEREOF, IN BLOCK FOURTEEN (14), OF CRESTVIEW ADDITION, TO NOBLE, CLEVELAND COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF. to satisfy a judgment and decree of mortgage foreclosure in favor of said Plaintiff and against Melinda K. Castro; John Doe, spouse of Melinda K. Castro, if any, obtained and made in said Court on the 14 day of October, 2015, on its cause of action wherein the court found that there was due the amount of $71,130.57, interest from the 1st day of June, 2014 at the rate of 5.500 per cent per annum, late charges in the amount of $394.80, escrow shortage of $2,310.98, abstracting and any other advancements made by Plaintiff for protection and preservation of the property in the amount of $2,428.00, attorneys’ fees in the amount of $2500.00, all as of October 8, 2015, and the costs, all accrued and accruing herein, he will on the 6th day of January, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 of said day at 201 South Jones, Room 200 (Second Floor), City of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the said property above described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs and attorneys’ fees, said sale to be subject to taxes on said property, if any; the total appraised value of said property being the sum of $64,000. The name of any person or unknown successor of any person whose actual address is unknown who has an interest in said property is: Melinda K. Castro; John Doe, spouse of Melinda K. Castro, if any.
