MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Albert Franklin Moore and Sandra L. And Subject to: 30.00 feet evenly off the West side of the above described property for 1/2 the right of way of Lucas Ferry Road.
