(Published in the Stillwater News press June 28, 2015 1t) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Map Amendment (PZ-15-1982) It is hereby noticed that The City of Stillwater Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 7, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Hearing Room at the Municipal Building, 723 S Lewis St, Stillwater, Oklahoma and The City of Stillwater City Council will hold a public hearing on July 20, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Hearing Room of the Municipal Building. The Planning Commission and City Council will consider a request from 809 Properties LLC for a Map Amendment (PZ-15-1982) to rezone a tract of land from RSS (Small Lot Single Family) to RT (Two-Family), more particularly addressed as 2112 N Husband Street and described as: A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section (11), Township Nineteen (19) North, Range Two (2) East of the Indian Meridian, Payne County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 636.0 feet N00°08'02"W of the Southwest Corner (SW/cor) of said Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Eleven (11), THENCE S89°44'09"W a distance of 829.43 feet, THENCE N32°19'32"E a distance of 162.14 feet, THENCE N81°45'02"E a distance of 40.0 feet, THENCE N25°36'06"E a distance of 100 feet, to a point 450.5 feet South of the North line of said Section Eleven (11), THENCE N89°37'32"E a distance of 659.4 feet, to a point 450.5 feet South of the Northeast Corner (NE/cor) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of said Section Eleven (11), THENCE S00°08'02" E a distance of 233.5 feet to the Point of Beginning.
