(First Published December 8, 2015) NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, Michael P. Kennedy and Patricia M. Kennedy, husband and wife, by their deed of trust dated the 21st day of July, 2006, and recorded in the office of Recorder of Deeds for Jasper County, Missouri, on July 25, 2006, in Book 2000, Pages 1583-1593, conveyed to Karl W. Blanchard, Trustee, the following described property situate in the County of Jasper, State of Missouri, to wit: Tract 1: All of the North One-Half (N1/2) of Lot Numbered One Hundred (100) in Byer's and Murphy's Second Addition to the City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri, according to the recorded Plat thereof. Tract 4: A tract of land 50 feet wide North and South by 144 feet East and West in the Northwest corner of Lot Numbered Sixty-five (65) in Taylor's Addition to East Joplin City, now a part of the City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri, according to the recorded Plat thereof. which conveyance was made to the said Karl W. Blanchard, Trustee. WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust, Karl W. Blanchard, Jr. has been named as Successor Trustee, in trust to secure the payment of one promissory note in said deed of trust described; and WHEREAS default was made and still continues in the payment of said note; NOW THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of said note and in accordance with the provisions of said deed of trust, I, Karl W.
