Case No. PB-2015-331 NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS-AT-LAW, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES, AND WAIVER OF THE FILING OF AN INVENTORY AND APPRAISEMENT NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of Carolyn Ann Baisch Henson, also known as Carolyn Ann Baisch, Carolyn A. Baisch, Carolyn Baisch, Carolyn Ann Henson, Carolyn A. Henson and Carolyn Henson (the “Deceased”) that on the 4th day of December, 2015, Brian Keith Schultz Baisch produced and filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament (the “Will”) of Deceased, and that such person also filed in the Court his Petition for Probate of Will, Appointment of Personal Representative, Determination of Heirs-at-Law, Devisees and Legatees, and Waiver of the Filing of an Inventory and Appraisement (”Petition”) praying in part (i) that the Court determine the identity of all heirs-at-law, devisees and legatees of Deceased, and any guardian or conservator of any minor or incompetent heir-at-law, devisee or legatee of Deceased for the purposes of filing waivers or consents herein by any of such persons as permitted by law; (ii) that the instrument be admitted to probate as Deceased’s last will and testament; (iii) that Letters Testamentary be issued thereunder to Brian Keith Schultz Baisch to serve as Personal Representative without bond; and (iv) that the Court enter an order stating that the Personal Representative shall not be required to make and return to Court an inventory and appraisement of Deceased’s estate. Pursuant to an order of this Court, notice is hereby given that Monday, the 21st day of December, 2015, at 8:30 a.m., has been appointed as the time for hearing the Petition and approving the Will at the courtroom of the undersigned Judge of the District Court in the County Courthouse in Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
