MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Mortgage executed by TAMMY W. WADDELL, an unmarried woman, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Bank of America, N.A., its successors and assigns, on October 28, 2009, in the original amount of $87,387.00, said Mortgage being recorded on October 28, 2009 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, in Book RLPY 2009 Page 64715; and last assigned to CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC by virtue of that Assignment of Mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama on May 1, 2015, in Book RLPY 2015 Pae 19857. AND BEING SUBJECT TO: A portion of the Right-Of-Way of Blackburn Road along the Easterly Boundary, said Right-of-Way containing 0.09 acres.
