NOTICE OF COMPETITIVE PROPOSAL The Rio Vista Independent School District is accepting competitive sealed proposals for various roof replacement and/or repair. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Administrative Building located at 100 Capps Drive, Rio Vista , TX 76093, on Monday, December 14th at 2:00 PM. Bid packets are not available until Monday, December 14, 2015 may be obtained through ARMKO Industries 972-874-1388. All proposals will be opened and read aloud on Thursday, December 17th, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the District Services Building. All bids must be received prior to opening time.
