Case No. PB-2015-333 NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES AND TERMINATION OF JOINT TENANCY NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Bob Hoke, Deceased, that on June 24, 2015, there was produced and filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument purporting to be the Will of Bob Hoke, deceased, dated July 22, 2003 and there was also filed in the Court the Petition of Penny Hoke praying that the Will be admitted to probate, Letters Testamentary issued to her as Personal Representative of the Estate, to serve without bond, for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees of the Decedent and for termination of Decedents joint tenancy in certain property. Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on December 7, 2015, notice is given that the 21st day of December, 2015 at 8:30 am is the day and time that the Petition will be heard in by Judge Stephen Bonner at the Cleveland County Courthouse, Norman, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
