Box 370 Norman, Oklahoma 73070 405-292-9726 Proposals will be received by the Norman Water Reclamation Division until 5:00 p.m., December 31, 2015. Box 370 Norman, Oklahoma 73070 The Authority is soliciting request for proposals for Biomonitoring Program services, which include Whole Effluent Toxicity testing, Total Reduction Evaluation/Toxicity Identification Evaluation services as required for the Norman Water Reclamation division. Testing and evaluations will be performed on and in relation to the treated wastewater effluent from its water reclamation facility. All testing and evaluations will be conducted in accordance with the requirements for such activities as specified in Oklahoma Pollution Discharge Elimination System Permit No. OK0029190. The Authority reserve the right to reject or accept any or all proposals and to waive any informality as deemed in the best interest of the Authority. Firms will be evaluated based on qualification outlined in the RFP.
