(First Published June 28, 2015) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS There will be a Public Hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Joplin on Monday, July 13, 2015 at 4:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at Joplin City Hall located at 602 South Main Street, Joplin, Missouri and before the City Council of the City of Joplin on Monday, August 3, 2015 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at Joplin City Hall located at 602 South Main Street, Joplin, Missouri, relative to: A request from the City of Joplin to rezone from R-1 (Single Family Residential), R-2 (Two-Family Residential), CO-PD (Commercial Planned Development), C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial District), and C1-PD (Neighborhood Commercial District, Planned Development) to C3-PD (Commercial District, Planned Development) for the following property described as: all of lot numbered forty-nine (49) in Banker's third addition to the city of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri, according to the recorded plat thereof, AND All of the north 10 feet of lot numbered forty-five (45) except the west 40 feet of the north 10 feet and all of lot numbered forty-six (46) except the west 40 feet thereof in Banker's Third Addition to the city of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri, according to the recorded plat thereof, AND All of the north half (1/2) of lot numbered fifty (50) in Banker's Third Addition to the City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri, according to the recorded plat thereof; all of the east half (1/2) of lot numbered fifty-four (54), Banker's Third Addition to the City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri, as shown by the recorded plat thereof, AND Tract 1: described as all of lot numbered forty-four (44) in Banker's Third Addition to the City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri, according to the recorded plat thereof, except the south 10 feet thereof for 20th street right-of-way, AND Tract 2: described as all of the east 158.0 feet of the south 90.0 feet of lot numbered forty-five (45) in Banker's Third Addition to the City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri, according to the recorded plat thereof, being more generally described as the Northeast Corner of the intersection of 20th Street and Connecticut Avenue. A request from Shirley Holly for a Special Use Permit (1st Request) for the operation of a Gallery at the following property described as: Royal Heights lots 371, 372 and 373 except the east 25' lot 373, also known as 2312 Utica Street. A request from Gus Enterprises, LLC. for the rezoning to rezone from C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) to R-3 (Multi-Family Residential) for the following property described as: all of lots numbered 99 and 100 in the original town of Murphysburg, now a part of the City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri, also known as 103-105 N Wall Avenue.
