MORTGAGE SALE-Default has been made in the conditions of a certain mortgage made BY Mark Pritchard, aka Marc Pritchard and Amy Pritchard, aka Amy Eickenroth, husband and wife, whose address is 2630 Fashion Ave., Interlochen, Michigan 49643, as original Mortgagors, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc, being a mortgage dated September 24, 2009, and recorded on October 1, 2009 as Instrument No. 2009R-19339, Grand Traverse County Records, State of Michigan and then assigned to Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, as assignee as documented by an assignment dated December 7, 2015 and recorded on December 8, 2015 as Instrument No. 2015R-21438, Grand Traverse County Records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY-NINE AND 10/100 ($124,299.10). Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, at public sale to the highest bidder at the AT THE PLACE OF HOLDING THE CIRCUIT COURT WITHIN GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY, at 10:00 a.m. on January 20, 2016. Said premises are situated in the Township of Green Lake, County of Grand Traverse, State of Michigan, and are described as: LOTS 1&2, EXCEPT THE SOUTH 30 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK 35, NORTH ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE INTERLOCHEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN LIBER 2 OF PLATS, PAGE 38, GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY RECORDS. The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless the property is determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA 600.3241a in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of the sale. If the property is sold at a foreclosure sale under Chapter 32 of the Revised Judicature Act of 1961, pursuant to MCLA 600.3278, the borrower will be held responsible to the person who buys the property at the mortgage foreclosure sale or to the mortgage holder for damaging the property during the redemption period.
