MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by George W. Nail set in the center of Elkwood Section Road, being the point of beginning of the tract herein: Thence, from the point of beginning, leaving said centerline, North 10 degrees 16 minutes 35 seconds East 475.37 feet to a 1/2 inch rebar with hill cap set; thence South 88 degrees 23 minutes 53 seconds West 134.95 feet to a 1/2 inch rebar with hill cap set; thence South 00 degrees 17 minutes 07 seconds West 464.30 feet to a P. K. Nail set in the center of Elkwood Section Road; thence, along said centerline, North 89 degrees 39 minutes 05 seconds East 52.40 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.00 acres, more or less.
