NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated October 1, 2008, executed by Patrick Dale Crutchfield and wife, Stephanie Crutchfield, to CitiFinancial Corporation, LLC, which mortgage was recorded on October 3, 2008, in Mortgage Book 1578, Page 226, of the mortgage records in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, notice is hereby given that pursuant to law and the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the undersigned will sell at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the Main entrance to the Cullman County Courthouse at Cullman, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on February 2, 2016, the following described real estate, situated in Cullman County, Alabama, to-wit: About one-half (1/2) acre in and being a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Eighteen (18), Township Ten (10) South, Range One (1) West. Commencing at the point of intersection of the South right of way line of Highway #278, with the East line of said forty; thence West about 605 feet, more or less to a point, said point being the Point of Beginning, thence South 210 feet; thence West 105 feet; thence North 210 feet; thence East along the line of said Highway #278, 105 feet to the Point of Beginning. This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said mortgage as well as expenses of foreclosure.
