Said tangible personal property was sold at public auction, by and through the services of Mr. Ed’s Auction Company, to Smalygo Auto Wholesale for the sum of $8,100.00 in cash. Reference is made to said Return of Sale for further particulars. A hearing on said Return of Sale has been set for the 10th day of February, 2016 at 10:30 o’clock a.m. before Shawn S.
