Case No. PB-2015-124 NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Raymond L. Fowler, deceased, that on the 30th day of December, 2015, James P. Tanner produced in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Raymond L. Fowler, deceased, and also filed in said Court the Petition of Jimmy Fowler, together with a copy of said Will, praying for the probate of the Will and asking that Letters Testamentary issue to Jimmy Fowler as Personal Representative named in the Will and for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent. Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 4th day of January, 2016, notice is hereby given that the 1st day of February, 2016, at 9:30 o'clock a.m., the Petition will be heard at the District Courtroom, County Courthouse, Claremore, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
