(First Published January 15, 2016) NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, CLARENCE LEON HALL, JR. and GAYLIN V. HALL, husband and wife, by their Deed of Trust, dated the 9th day of April, 2009, and recorded on April 13, 2009, in Book 2126, Page 1441, in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Jasper County, Missouri, conveyed to Robert L. Gross, Trustee, the following described properties situated in the County of Jasper, State of Missouri, to-wit: ALL OF THAT PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 28, RANGE 31, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING 812 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 5, THENCE WEST 440 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 508 FEET, MORE OR LESS TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID 40 ACRES, THENCE EAST 440, THENCE NORTH TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING IN THE CITY OF CARTHAGE, JASPER COUNTY, MISSOURI.
