(Published in the Stillwater News Press January 16, 23, 2016. 2t) IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF PAYNE COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF CARLENE J. HAM Deceased. Case No. PB-2015-121 ORDER AND NOTICE FIXING TIME FOR SETTLEMENT OF FINAL ACCOUNT, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, LEGATEES AND DEVISEES AND FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF REMAINING ESTATE LISA REIRDON, as the Personal Representative of the Estate of CARLENE J. HAM, deceased, having filed in this Court her final account and report of her administration as such Personal Representative, and also filed her petition for the determination of the heirs, legatees and devisees of CARLENE J. HAM, both deceased, and for the distribution of the estate remaining in her hands; IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Tuesday, the 16th day of February, 2016, at the hour of 9:00 a.m., in District Courtroom No. 202 at Stillwater, in said Payne County, State of Oklahoma, is hereby appointed as the time and place for the final settlement of said account, for the determination of the heirs-at-law, legatees and devisees of said decedent, and the final distribution of said estate. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice of said hearing be given by mailing written or printed copies of the notice of such hearing to the heirs, legatees and devisees whose addresses are known, and deposited in the post office with the postage thereon prepaid, at least ten days before the hearing; and notice of such hearing shall also be given by publication once each week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation published in said Payne County. WHEREFORE, Notice is hereby given that the 16th day of February, 2016, at 9;00 a.m. o'clock a.m., in District Courtroom No. 202 in Stillwater, Oklahoma, has been fixed as the time and place for hearing such petition to settle said account, to determine the heirs, legatees, and devisees, and to distribute the remaining estate, at which time and place any person interested in said estate may then appear, contest such account and assert any interest claimed by him or her in such estate. Failure to appear and assert any interest or object to such final account and request for distribution shall result in an Final Order of the Court being entered consistent with the provisions set forth in the final account and distribution of estate.
