RELIEF SOUGHT: POOLING LEGAL DESCRIPTION: NW/4 NE/4 SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 10 NORTH, RANGE 3 WEST, CLEVELAND COUNTY, OKLAHOMA Cause CD 201503067 NOTICE OF HEARING STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all other interested persons, particularly in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, and more particularly: Chaparral Energy; Fred E. Tucker, Jr. Trust; Gordon Tucker Family Partnership; Robert Blakeney GF Trust; Sun Operating Limited Partnership; Thomas Blakeney GF Trust; Ameriplor Corporation; and Axecon Corporation; if living or deceased, dissolved or liquidated, the known and unknown successors, heirs and assigns, immediate and remote, of any and all of the above named parties. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant is requesting that the Commission (a) issue an Order pooling interests and adjudicating the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in the Oswego, Prue, Verdigris, Skinner, Pink Lime, Red Fork and Inola common sources of supply (40-acre drilling and spacing units as established by an Order to be issued in Cause No. CD 201503066); and the Viola common source of supply (40-acre drilling and spacing units as established by Order No. 212203 dated March 30, 1982) underlying the NW/4 NE/4 Section 20, Township 10 North, Range 3 West, Cleveland County, Oklahoma; (b) reserve the right to request the Order in this Cause be made effective on a date prior to the date of issuance; (c) name Applicant or some other party as Operator of the Unit Well of the separate common sources of supply, and of the drilling and spacing units therefore as a unit; (d) pool interests and adjudicate rights and equities in the Unit Well in the separate common sources of supply, and in the drilling and spacing units therefore on a drilling and spacing unit basis; and, (e) provide that the Applicant be given 365 days from the date of the Order in which to commence the Initial Unit Well. IT IS ORDERED AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that this Cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission, Jim Thorpe Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 a.m. on the 20th day of July, 2015, and that this Notice be published as required by law and the Rules of the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person(s) requesting its use. Interested parties who wish to participate by telephone shall contact Applicant or Applicant’s attorney, prior to the hearing date, and provide their name and telephone number.
