TOWN OF UNADILLA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Unadilla on Tuesday, February 9, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 1648 State Hwy 7, Unadilla, New York, regarding the adoption of Local Law No. 1 of the Town of Unadilla for the year 2016 (which was previously numbered Local Law No. 3 of 2015), entitled A Local Law Repealing Local Law No. 1 of 1988. The proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2016 repeals the 1988 local law, which prohibits the operation of a dump in the Town of Unadilla. A copy of the proposed Local Law is on file and may be examined in the office of the Town Clerk during regular business hours. The environmental significance, if any, of the proposed local law will be considered by the Town Board following the public hearing. Persons with disabilities, who require assistance in attending the public hearing, or in furnishing comments and suggestions, should contact the undersigned to request such assistance.
