PUBLIC NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS The Oklahoma Economic Development Authority (OEDA) Area Agency on Aging (AAA) is currently accepting bids to provide services for persons 60 years of age or older residing in Beaver, Cimarron, Dewey, Ellis, Harper, Texas, Woods and Woodward counties. Not every service will be available in every county. The following services will be considered for funding: nutrition, homemaker, Outreach services, transportation, legal assistance, caregiver support services, evidence-based disease prevention and health promotion programs for a period beginning July 1, 2016 and ending June 30, 2017. Specifications for these services may be obtained at the following Proposers’ Conferences, which will be held at the OEDA Conference Room, 330 Douglas in Beaver: 10:00 A.M. February 11, 2016 Transportation services 10:00 A.M. February 12, 2016 Nutrition Services (home-delivered meals & meals served in a congregate or group setting), Outreach Service, Legal Assistance, Caregiver Support Services, Homemaker Service, Evidence-based Disease Prevention/Health Promotion The Request for Proposal (RFP) Guide/grant application will be issued to interested parties on these dates.
