Woodbeck and wife, by deed dated May 18th, 1915. PARCEL II ALL that tract or parcel of land, situate in the Town and County of Otsego, State of New York, on the highway leading from what was formerly known Prosser`s corner to Cat Town, and thence to Fly Creek Village, and on the northerly side of said highway and which place of land hereby conveyed adjoins on the east other lands owned and occupied by said second parties, which said point is also the S.W. corner of lands of first parties, and running thence northerly on and along the easterly line of second parties said lands a distance of about 150 feet to the N.E. corner of lands of second parties; thence easterly on an extension of second parties northerly line a distance of about 33 feet to an iron pin to be driven in the ground as a corner; thence southerly across lands now owned by first parties and parallel with the first line aforesaid a distance of about 150 feet to the corner of said highway, a corner; thence westerly along the center of said highway about 33 feet to the place of beginning, As more particularly described in the judgment of foreclosure and sale.
