PAVING BID Sealed bid proposals will be received by: Watsontown Borough of Northumberland County, PA, at 318 Main Street, PO Box 273, Watsontown, PA 17777 until 3:30 P.M., on Monday, July 27, 2015, to be opened on July 27, 2015, at 7:30 P.M at the Watsontown Borough Council Committee Meeting to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building. Complete 915 SY of Milling and 1 Set Adjustment of Existing Manhole. Furnish and place approximately 83 Ton of Bituminous Wearing Course; 20 Ton of Bituminous Binder Course, Base Repair and 250 Gal of Asphalt Joint and Crack Seal. Performance Bond and payment in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders.
