Subject to easement for ingress and egress, being described as follows: Commence at an existing TVA concrete monument Number 50 (Coordinates N = 1,738,960: E = 568,953) at the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the North Quarter of Section 21, Township 3 South, Range 7 West; thence South 01 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 659.58 feet to an existing TVA concrete monument Number 51 at the Southeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 21; thence South 88 30 minutes 25 seconds East a distance of 660.46 feet to an existing TVA concrete monument Number 52 at the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 21; thence South 01 degrees 06 minutes 41 seconds West a distance of 660.12 feet to an existing TVA concrete monument Number 85 at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 21; thence South 89 degrees 54 minutes 46 seconds East a distance of 596.00 feet to a set railroad spike in the centerline of Snake Road, passing an existing TVA metal marker at a distance of 570.38 feet; thence South 51 degrees 44 minutes 02 seconds West along the centerline of Snake Road and an extension thereof a distance of 230.09 feet to a point; said point being the point of true beginning of the following described Ingress and Egress easement; thence from the point of true beginning continue South 51 degrees 44 minutes 02 seconds West along an extension of Snake Road a distance of 60.00 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar with cap stamped “Dunivant Engr. Co. CA-0044-LS”, thence North 89 degrees 54 minutes 46 seconds West a distance of 48.35 feet to a point; thence North 51 degrees 44 minutes 02 seconds East, being 30.00 fee from and parallel with the extension of Snake Road a distance of 60.00 feet to a point; thence South 89 degrees 54 minutes 46 seconds East a distance of 48.35 feet to the point of true beginning of the above described Ingress and Egress Easement.
