Sub. of MLB&T Co., FSB duly assigned said Note and Mortgage to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Merrill Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-3 by Assignment dated December 18, 2008 and recorded on February 20, 2008 in the Office of the Clerk of Otsego County in Document Number 2009-00069457.
