Pittsfield Fire District Legal Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Pittsfield Fire District in the Town of Pittsfield, Otsego County, New York, at a meeting held on the 8th of July 2015 duly adopted the following Resolution, subject to permissive referendum. RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Pittsfield Fire District in the Town of Pittsfield, Otsego County, New York, as follows: Acquire by purchase or lease the following equipment, One new Pumper Tanker. (a) To bond or lease at maximum of $300,000.00 (b) To expend monies out of Capital Reserve to finish total cost, not to exceed the balance of the Capital Reserve fund.
