ADVERTISEMENT 2015 PAVING PROJECT NEW WILMINGTON BOROUGH, LAWRENCE CO. The Borough of New Wilmington hereby invites sealed written bids for the 2015 Paving Project in the Borough. Bids must be upon the forms furnished by Frank B. Taylor Engineering. Bid forms can be obtained at the office of Frank B. Taylor Engineering, 149 Taylor Drive, New Castle, PA 16101. All bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Borough of New Wilmington. All bids must be submitted in an envelope sealed and plainly marked 2015 Paving Project and must be mailed or delivered to the New Wilmington Borough Office, 134 High Street, New Wilmington, PA 16142, by August 10, 2015, no later than 3:30 PM. Bids will be opened and read at a special meeting of the New Wilmington Borough Council on August 10, 2015 at 6:30 PM, at the New Wilmington Borough Office, 134 High Street, New Wilmington, PA 16142. The Borough of New Wilmington reserves the right to accept any bid, which in their judgment may prove to be in the best interest of the taxpayer, and also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in, or reject any or all bids.
