July 23, 2015 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Danville Sanitary District, Vermilion County, 16161 Grape Creek Road, PO Box 724, Danville, IL 61834, will receive sealed bids for "Reline Miscellaneous Sewers in the Vermilion Hts area and on the Stoney Creek Interceptor" project until 11:00 AM, CDT, on August 11, 2015 in the office of District, 16161 Grape Creek Road, Danville, IL, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read. Bid proposals shall be made on the form of proposal which is provided by District in Bid Documents and shall be accompanied by the required documentary information and bid bond or certified check made payable to District for an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. Prevailing rates of wages are required to be paid skilled and unskilled labor in accordance with Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/1 et seq., as amended. Bidders must be licensed contractors in the State of Illinois and shall be required to obtain all necessary permits. District reserves the right to review the bids, reject any and all bids and to waive any formalities in bidding.
