Notice to Qualified Contractors:Cambria Heights School District (CHSD) is seeking proposals for the lease of up to eightacres of District property along Glendale Lake Road (a designated portion of parcel 13-017.-124.000) for the development of a ground mount solar array. The selected developerwill own, operate, and maintain the array and retain all applicable tax credits, solar renewable energy credits, and revenue from the sale of electricity. Developer will be responsible for all engineering, permitting, financing, and insurance. Proposals must include the following: system size, annual lease amount, term length,project timeline, and developer qualifications. Tours of property may be arranged by calling (814) 674-3626. Interested parties should submit their proposals electronically to Kenneth J. Kerchenske, Superintendent of Schools, at kkerchenske@chsd1.org no later than 12 PM, prevailing time, Monday, August 5, 2024.
