Hudson Ave., Ste. 300 Oklahoma City, OK 73102 You are hereby notified that a hearing will be held in Case No. CJ-2014-879 pending in the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, on the Motion of Plaintiff, BancFirst, to confirm the Sheriff's sale of the property described as: A parcel of land in the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section Thirty-Five (35), Township Nine (9) North, Range Three (3) West of the Indian Meridian, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast Corner of said Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4); thence North 00°20'32" West a distance of 250.42 feet; thence South 89°49'47" West a distance of 60 feet to a one inch iron pin in the West right-of-way line of 24th Avenue S.W. and the point of beginning; thence South 45°00'00" West along the West right-of-way of 24th Avenue S.W. a distance of 46.5 feet to a one inch iron pin, thence South 89°49'47" West a distance of 117.11 feet to a one inch iron pin; thence North 00°20'32" West a distance of 200.00 feet to a one inch iron pin; thence North 89°49'47" East a distance of 150.00 feet to a one inch iron pin in the West right-of-way of 24th Avenue S.W.; thence South 00°20'32" East along the West right-of-way of 24th Avenue S.W. a distance of 167.11 feet to a one inch iron pin and the point of beginning (the "Premises"), before the Honorable Thad Balkman, Judge of the District Court of Cleveland County, at 1:30 p.m. on the 16th day of September, 2015, in the Cleveland County Courthouse. Said property was sold to CCP, L.L.C., an Oklahoma limited liability company, on the 19th day of August, 2015, by the Sheriff of Cleveland County for the sum of $666,666.66, and said sale may be confirmed by the Court if no objections to said Motion are filed prior to said hearing.
