Case No. CJ-2015-501 NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE NOTICE IS GIVEN to Russell W. Dillon; Joyce L. Dillon; John Doe, Occupant that on October 7th, 2015, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., 201 S. PROPERTY ADDRESS: 11224 Arbor Lake Drive, Oklahoma City, OK 73170 subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $190,000. Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, in Case NO.
