NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the Commission, pursuant to OAC 165:5-7-7(f), grant an additional period of 180 days from September 18, 2015, or until March 16, 2016, to commence operations for the drilling of the well provided for in Order No. 616220, as extended by Order No. 629721, as extended by Order No. 637928. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Motion Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission, Jim Thorpe Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 9:00 a.m., on the 21st day of September, 2015, and that this Notice be published as required by law and the Rules of the Commission.
