FORECLOSURE NOTICE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness described in and secured by that certain mortgage executed by GEORGIANA COFFMAN, unmarried woman, as Mortgagor(s) to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Consumer First Mortgage, Inc., as Mortgagee, dated the 19th day of August, 2010, and recorded in Book 2010, Page 42414, et seq. of the records in the Office of the Judge of Probate Court of Madison County, Alabama; said mortgage being lastly assigned to BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP now Bank of America, N.A. by instrument recorded in said Probate Court records; said default continuing, notice is hereby given that the under-signed will, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage sell at public outcry for cash to the highest bidder during legal hours of sale, on the 1st day of October, 2015, in the city of Athens, at the Front Door of the Court House of Limestone County, Alabama, the following described real property situated in the County of Limestone, State of Alabama, to-wit: The land hereinafter referred to is situated in the City of Harvest, County of Limestone, State of AL, and is described as follows: Lot 70, according to the plat of survey of Carriage Station, Phase 1, a resubdivision of a part of Carriage Station (Plat Book G, Page 345, and Document Number 20060629000430400) as recorded in Plat Book H, Page 72, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, and recorded in Document Number 20071107000779540, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Madison County, Alabama.
