All bids received pursuant to this notice will be publicly opened and read at a regular meeting of the Laurens Town Board on October 12th, 2015 at 7:00 pm. All bids must be accompanied by a certificate executed pursuant to Section 103d of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York. These certificates are available from the town clerk.
