Smith, 5890 29th Street, Duncan, OK 73533, filed in the District Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration. The Petitioner has alleged that Martha Burgess died testate on the 22nd day of August, 2018, at the age of ninety-two (92) years, while domiciled in Duncan, Stephens County, State of Oklahoma. Attached to the Petition is a copy of the Last Will and Testament of the decedent. The Petitioner has asked this Court to admit said Will to probate and order summary proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S., Section 245, et seq. In an Order for Combined Notice entered herein, this Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order Notice to Creditors and issue an Order. for a hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration, the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs and Distribution. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against Martha Burggess, deceased, are required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner, in care of LEACH & SULLIVAN, Limited Liability Partnership, P.O.
