EMMER, also known as and one and the same person as DONALD SHERWOOD EMMER, BOTH DECEASED YOU ARE NOTIFIED that on the 9th day of October, 2018, the Petitioner, Sheldon R. Emmer, filed in the District Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration, Appointment of Special Administrator and for Determination of Heirs. The Petitioner has alleged that Regina Emmer, deceased, age 91, died on the 11th day of August, 1997, domiciled in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, State of California, owning real property in the State of Oklahoma. The total value of the Decedent's property in Oklahoma is $4,000.000. The Petitioner has alleged that Donald S. Emmer, deceased, age 87, died on the 17th day of April, 2017, domiciled in Northridge, Los Angeles County, State of California, owning real property in the State of Oklahoma. The total value of the Decedent's property in Oklahoma is $19,000.00 . That due search and inquiry has been made to ascertain if either of said Decedents left a Last Win and Testament, but none has been found and according to the best information, knowledge and belief of the Petitioner, both of said Decedents died intestate. The Petitioner has asked that this Court order summary proceedings pursuant to OK ST T. 58 §245, et seq. In an Order for Combined Notice entered herein, this Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order Notice to Creditors and issue an Order Granting Hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration, Appointment of Special Administrator and for Determination of Heirs, the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs and Distribution. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against Regina Emmer and Donald S. Emmer, both deceased, are required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any; held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner, in care of LEACH & SULLIVAN, Limited Liability Partnership, 921 Main, Duncan, Oklahoma, 73533, on or before the 8th day of November, 2018, or the same will be forever barred.
