PB_2018-123 (Published in the Saturday editions of The Duncan Banner, October 13 and 20, 2018-2 times) IN THE DISTRICT COURT WITHIN AND FOR STEPHENS COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF SHIRLEY A. BRYANT, also known as SHIRLEY ANN BRYANT, DECEASED Case No. PB-2018-123 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING TO: ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF SHIRLEY A. BRYANT, DECEASED YOU ARE NOTIFIED that on the 9th day of October, 2018, the Petitioner, Robert E. Walton, Jr., 1106 N. Orchard Ave., Farmington, NM 87401, filed in the District Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration, Appointment of Special Administrator and Admission of Will to Probate. The Petitioner has alleged that Shirley A. Bryant, age 86, departed this life on the 26th day of March, 2016, in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County, California, domiciled in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County, California. The total value of the decedent's property in Oklahoma is $5,000.00, more or less. Attached to the Petition is the original Last Will and Testament of Shirley A. Bryant, Deceased. The Petitioner has asked that this Court admit the Will to probate in the State of Oklahoma and order summary proceedings pursuant to OK ST T. 58 § 245, et seq. In an Order for Combined Notice entered herein, this Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order Notice to Creditors and issue an Order Granting Hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration, Appointment of Special Administrator and Admission of Will to Probate, the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees and Distribution. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against Shirley A. Bryant, deceased, are required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner, in care of LEACH & SULLIVAN, 921 Main, Duncan, Oklahoma, 73533, on or before the 8th day of November, 2018, or the same will be forever barred. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held on the 11th day of December, 2018, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., at the Stephens County Courthouse, Duncan, Oklahoma, before the Honorable Judge G. Brent Russell. At the hearing, the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration, Appointment of Special Administrator and Admission of Will to Probate and Combined Notice to Creditors and the Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Admission of Will to Probate and the Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees and Distribution of the Petitioner. The Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Legatees, Devisees and Distribution will be filed herein at least twenty (20) days prior to the hearing aforesaid. SULLIVAN, OF LEACH & SULLIVAN, LLP, 921 MAIN, DUNCAN, OKLAHOMA, 73533, OR YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE WAIVED ANY OBJECTIONS. IF YOU HAVE NO OBJECTIONS, YOU NEED NOT APPEAR AT THE HEARING OR MAKE ANY FILINGS WITH THE COURT.
