SNOWDEN, also known as ALETHA SNOWDEN and M. ALETHA McCASLAND SNOWDEN, DECEASED YOU ARE NOTIFIED that on the 9th day of October, 2018, the Petitioner, James Byron Stone, 5000 Lodge View, Austin, TX 78731, filed in the District Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration, Appointment of Special Administrator and Admission of Foreign Will to Probate. The Petitioner has alleged that Aletha M. Snowden, age 80, died on the 14th day of July, 2011, domiciled in Austin, Travis County, Texas, owning undivided mineral interests in Stephens and Grady Counties, both in Oklahoma. The total value of the decedent's property in Oklahoma is $16,667.00. Attached to the Petition as "Exhibit A" is a duly certified copy of the Application to Probate Copy of Lost Will and for Issuance of Letters Testamentary, Last Will and Testament, Order Probating Copy of Will and Authorizing Letters Testamentary and Letters Testamentary, said Will having been admitted to Probate Court No.1, Travis County, Texas, in Cause No. C-1-PB-15- 000792. The Petitioner has asked that this Court admit the Will to probate in the State of Oklahoma and order summary proceedings pursuant to OK ST T. 58 §245, et seq. In an Order for Combined Notice entered herein, this Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order Notice to Creditors and issue an Order for a hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration, Appointment of Special Administrator and Admission of Foreign Will to Probate, the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees and Distribution. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against Aletha M. Snowden, deceased, are required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner, in care of LEACH & SULLIVAN, 921 W. Main, Duncan, Oklahoma, 73533, on or before the 8th day of November, 2018, or the same will be forever barred.
