No. CJ-2017-1015(V) NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE ON the 21st day of November, 2018, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., at the County Courthouse in Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, will offer for sale, and sell for cash to the highest bidder therefor, with appraisements, all that certain real estate located in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to wit: Lots Six (6), Seven (7) and the North 18 feet of Lot Eight (8) in Block Two (2) of the Town of Noble, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, same being 511 N. 2nd, Noble, Oklahoma; together with all the buildings, improvements and appurtenances, hereditaments, and all other rights thereunto appertaining or belonging, which property has been appraised at $50,000. Said sale will be made pursuant to an order of sale executed upon a judgment entered on January 29, 2018, in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2017-1015(V).
