Notice of Economic Development Project
In accordance with the Texas Local Government Code, Chapters 501 and 505, notice is hereby published regarding the planned expenditure of Type B sales tax proceeds on the following eligible projects, as defined in the Texas Local Government Code, Chapters 501 and 505. The Jacksonville Economic Development Corporation has approved the following projects: An amount not to exceed $400,000 for the purchase of real property located at 1 801 Norman Drive Jacksonville, Texas. Reimbursement of $12,000 to the
City of Jacksonville
for assistance provided to Western Pulp Products Company. Expenditures related to the projects above shall occur after the expiration of 60 days from the date of newspaper publication of this Notice.
