NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the Commission pool the interests, designate an operator, and adjudicate the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in the Woodford common source of supply underlying Section 32, Township 6 North, Range 1 West, McClain and Cleveland Counties, Oklahoma. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: to designate the Applicant or some other party as Operator of the unit well. Applicant is further requesting that the Order to be entered in this cause be made effective on a date prior to the date of the Order. Applicant may request up to one year from the date of the Order to enter in this cause, with which to commence the initial well. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission, Jim Thorpe Building, 2101 N.
