TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Vigo County, Indiana, in Cause No. 84D02-1807-MF-005313 wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-KS2 was Plaintiff, and Linda G. Crowder, AKA Linda Crowder, , The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, or real estate beneficiares of Mervin R. Crowder, AKA Mervin Roy Crowder, AKA Mervin Crowder and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Mervin R. Crowder, AKA Mervin Roy Crowder, AKA Mervin Crowder and City of Terre Haute were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 17th day of January, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office Lobby at 201 Cherry Street, Terre Haute, IN 47807, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vigo County, Indiana. Except twenty (20) feet of even width off the South side of the above described real estate which is reserved and dedicated for public use as a roadway.
